The place is a beautifully renovated farm. It’s now in separate apartments or small kitchenettes.( completely updated ) The owners are very kind. We showed up early, we had a hard time judging distance. The owner left lunch to let us in. Some of the older reviews said breakfast. You do need to go and purchase food. You have everything to fix it with.Eating out is a perfect option. The price is beyond exceptional. I am a clean freak and it absolutely passed. The beds are good ! I have a bad back and woke up without one 😊. We originally booked for two nights and immediately ask to change to five. Unless you are looking for an authentic farm stay you will love this. It’s perfect. Thank you guys!! Four of us stayed at this property on a weekend in May. The room is comfortable, the bathroom new and everything was clean. Wi-Fi is also present. The location is excellent and the place is quiet, in a short time you can reach Assisi and all the main destinations in this area. The managers were very kind and gave us valuable information both on where to park to see Assisi and where to eat; all these tips turned out to be very useful! Advised!

I stayed with my family of 4 in a spacious and comfortable room with bathroom equipped with linen, small fridge, coffee maker, hairdryer. The structure, recently renovated, although surrounded by greenery, is close to all services and convenient for reaching many destinations of tourist interest. The owners were very helpful and courteous. I recommend it.

I'm Giusy and I live in Sesto Fiorentino, I stayed at the farmhouse on 11 and 12 November, together with my family and in addition to the kind, friendly, hospitality of the owner, who is also very nice, I was able to unplug and live for 2 days in an oasis of paradise. In the morning I heard the rooster crowing 🐓 the countryside around, the colors of autumn nature but they relaxed and resumed their usual routine. It is an excellent structure also because it is close to various destinations to reach, Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto and many others. Small restaurant a few minutes' drive away with unique and affordable dishes. I recommend it to those who have young or old children because there are games suitable for them too, for adults who drive it is enough to look online at the wonders a few kilometers away. I also recommend it to elderly people, because the room where we stayed with my mother was on the ground floor and, although she didn't want to come, she had a great time Thank you for creating such a wonderful corner of the earth.
